Twelve-week cohort
Way of working two
Capability Programme
A twelve-week cohort that takes your team from learning AI skills to leading AI adoption. Data, then Skills, then Workflows.

The three phases
- Data (weeks 1 to 4): build the second brain and get your team's knowledge on the record.
- Skills (weeks 5 to 8): turn your best people's AI work into repeatable recipes the team can run.
- Workflows (weeks 9 to 12): run real work in parallel, with an owner, a date and a review slot for every task.
What gets built
This is a twelve-week build, not a longer workshop. Over the cohort your team stands up a working second brain (Data), captures your best people's AI work as repeatable skills (Skills), and wires those skills into workflows that turn sequential work into parallel work (Workflows).
By the end you have a live operating model your team runs without us, plus a rollout curriculum they use to train the rest of the organisation. They leave able to lead AI adoption, not just attend a course about it.
Who it is for
L&D teams and heads of learning who want lasting AI capability, not a one-off workshop. Ideal for organisations ready to invest in a cohort who will lead the shift.
Outcomes
- A team that can design, build and deliver AI-enhanced programmes without external help.
- Evidence of competence your leadership team can review, not certificates of attendance.
- A repeatable way of working the team can take to the rest of the organisation.
- Our target: one to two days saved per person per week.
